Dr. Marquess-Lara obtained her B.S. from Purdue University in 1996 and her M.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999. Judy relocated to the Coachella Valley in 1999, where she worked in a prominent ENT practice for more than four years. In 2004, Dr. Marquess-Lara acquired Better Hearing Systems and has expanded the practice into the area's leading full-service hearing healthcare clinic. Judy received her Doctorate from A.T. Still University in 2007, and continues to stay at the forefront of technology through continuing education and training seminars.

Stephanie Eberstein, M.Ed.

Stephanie Eberstein, M.Ed. earned her Master's Degree in Audiology from
Northeastern University, Boston. She holds a Certificate of Clinical
Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is also a
member of the American Academy of Audiology. She is licensed by the State
of California as both an audiologist and hearing aid dispenser. After
completing her Master's Degree, Stephanie became a staff audiologist at the
House Clinic in Los Angeles. During that time she did diagnostic audiology,
rehabilitative audiology, including hearing aid consultations, fittings and
extensive follow-up care. In 1998 Stephanie opened her own dispensing
practice, which she owned for five years. Over the years, Stephanie has
worked with many patients to achieve their goal of better hearing. "There
is nothing that makes my day better than to see the smile on someone's face
when I have helped them hear friends and family better." Stephanie now
joins Better Hearing Systems to continue her successful career as an
Audiologist and Hearing Aid dispenser, and to help provide the best hearing
solutions at an affordable price.
